Hi Dave,

Here at Oswego, my policy is to clean the studio and recital grands as
needed, and whenever I have time to do the practice rooms.

I do however, use our Mu Beta Psi (music service fraternity) kids to
police the practice rooms and keep the humidifiers filled.  

This arrangement works out very well.
