old Beckstein

I service Steinway # 480 which has had just the modification you mention to
replace the rockers. (I didn't do the mod.) The blocks are made of pinblock
material which seems too heavy to me -- works well other than that. In
general, I would think the heavier weight of new parts could make conversion
difficult on an old piano like this.
