Detuning 13 notes (aka: Tuning for outside groups)

HiDavid,

Personally I don't think that was a good move (although in my mind, I would
think to do that).
When I have outside group tuning, they are required to call me to arrange a
tuning;through concert department. Not only do they rent the hall, if they
use the piano they are required to pay $50 for pianousage and maintenance.
If they don't get in touch with me, they don't get a tuning.
Secondly, when they talk to me, I mention that payment needs to be done in
advance .
If they gasp on that one, I explain to them that this facilitates me not
chasing for payment after the concert
