Hi Conrad,
He is a nice guy, but as Roger said he likes to get in
there.
He wanted me to alter the spring tension, on the
wippens of a rental, I checked with the owner who
said, don't touch the piano.
When I got back from the phone call, he had the action
out and was in there. He has his own voicing tool as
well, you know the single needle sweetener.
