Well, all it looks like he's selling is the how to get into the business end, and not the skill building information. I find it difficult to believe that it can be done for $100, when you consider he's talking about where to go for instruction, where to order tools and supplies, etc. But then, like Conrad said, I guess all you need is a tuning hammer and a victim.
