Pulling key pins, was key bushings

LOL!

No, really.  It somewhat resembled a Hammer Head and Butt Boring Jig (like
Schaff's #192, p.45), but had a puller assembly of some sort.  The design
is to prevent misshaping the holes when the pins are pulled.
