This piano gets trucked around a fair amount and lives on a large union stage where people shove things around and ask questions later. Also, its in a 3,000 seat hall (Cincinnati Music Hall) and I wouldn't want to cover up anything. They record every concert for broadcast and I'd be paranoid of potential rattles. Do a lot of people out there use DC units onstage? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eric Wolfley Head Piano Technician Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music University of Cincinnati ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -----Original Message----- From: Don [mailto:pianotuna@accesscomm.ca] Sent: Friday, October 10, 2003 4:36 AM To: College and University Technicians Subject: RE: Steinway 45 upright Hi Eric, Why no hope of a DC system with bottom cover?
