I haven't seen the little brush yet, but Loctite is my favorite brand of CA. Quiktite is their name for CA. I keep a small bottle of it in my kit at all times. It has a needle in the cap, which usually keeps the long thin spout fairly clear. I also keep a hatpin in my kit for when it doesn't. I've used CA, a couple of successive applications, for oversized birdseyes. I have also seen, in the bottom of a piano, two wippens (no flanges) with center pins completely seized in the birdseyes. Quite a sight. (I DIDN'T DO IT!!) If I use the CA on birdseyes, I watch them like a hawk, and keep moving the center pin. So far it has worked.
