Cross references records in just about any direction you want. I got my copy as giveaway-ware from the magazine PCPlus in 2001, and set up my own customer database. Its in Norwegian, but I could probably work on it and get it all into english. Any bright pianotech could no doubt improve on my own set up. I'll see if I can post it to my website and offer it to you all free. It will take a couple weeks to work out tho. I'll let you know and you can see for yourself. RicB
