Mark- If it is the "Bluthner Patent Action," why not restore it? Renner can supply parts. I can send you a copy of the Bluthner regulating sheet. The rocker screwdriver Jon mentions is a great tool. It makes regulating rocker capstans no more difficult than many brass capstans.
