Actually, instead of creating a new organization for CPT's, or RPT's, why  
not create a sub group, like the Auxiliary and Foundation, where people who are  
not technicians, but want to be associated with the PTG, could belong. The  
members of this group, called "FRIENDS OF THE  PTG," could have some of the 
benefits, like the Journal and  registration to conventions, but not the 
advertising or voting rights of PTG  members. The Task Force makes mention of this 
concept, which I've been  advocating for years. That would be a lot easier.
