[CAUT] Knuckles and bobbles

I have a suggestion. I saw what you described in a new piano where all
the repetition levers were adjusted too high resulting in lost motion
between the jack and the knuckle.  On a soft blow the hammer would ride
the repetition lever up to hit the string, then strike again when the
jack took the lost motion caught up to the knuckle.  Check to be sure
the jack-to-knuckle friction (repetition lever height) is correct.
