[CAUT] capstans

Hi Dave,

I've had good luck taking out the offending capstans, swabbing the 
threads in the hole with medium viscosity CA glue, spraying the hole 
with accelerator, spraying the capstan threads with McLube and 
reinstalling the capstans. As usual, your mileage may vary.
