Sounds like the one I used yesterday to help lift a Yamaha P2 onto a dolly with my apprentice on the other end. I was in front to position the dolly and the "new" guy, who's helped before BTW, couldn't get his end high enough for me to get the dolly under it. I was about to just replace him myself when I noticed that he was trying to lift from the gap just under the pin block instead of using the handle provided! No wonder he couldn't get it high enough.
