Hi all, OK, I get it (blushing at my naiveté). I hate those uncomfortable moments in piano technology--like when I told the pianist I was going to have to spend some time correcting the problem (and more). He, <of course>, asked <why> they were like that. "Well...." I said, trying to be diplomatic (I do try to stay on good terms with the dealers), "that store's a busy place. Perhaps there was an interruption when the prep was being done and it got skipped over...." This pianist is no fool, he continued, "You know, so & so worked a lot on this piano. It makes me wonder what he was doing all that time?" I shrugged my shoulders and said nothing. Barbara Richmond, RPT
