Yes - but, the grain of salt here is that at this point I am not 
seeing huge numbers of new instruments.

Two:

          - damper wires needed easing/resizing
          - unpredictable pinning, usually in the top flange.

I use a modified soldering iron for sizing/burnishing damper guide 
rail bushings; and seem to remember that, some years back, Susan 
Graham had plans in the journal for how to set one up.  With a fairly 
simple setup (using an inline dimmer switch), you can regulate the 
heat of the iron to give very predictable, non-destructive results.

Pinning is, well, pinning...

I do not consider myself to be a damper expert, so this kind of thing 
is relatively slow going for me.
