[CAUT] Compensation for non-university events

A thank you to everyone who responded to my inquiry on non-university events payment.  There have been a lot of great suggestions.  I would like to summarize what some of you are suggesting into a brief report for the administration to consider.  Hopefully it will prompt some changes.
