Well, err, yep. I've had that too. But I understand that it was an internal problem with someone who is not working there now. Let's hope so! Thanks for this correction.

Not always. A year ago, or so, I sent all the 
things required by him i.e. measurements and the 
paper pattern and got the set made wrong twice. 
Third time was the charm apparently but by then I lost money on the job.
