[CAUT] Becoming an All Steinway School

I wanted to thank all those who responded . I have forwarded several of the replies to Faculty so they have more perspective  on the bigger picture, and they have replied and are ''enlightened'' as to the reality of an ''All Steinway School'' .This is a MAJOR  advantage of having a piano tech. on staff, and not in a contract position to act as advisor and liason to Faculty and Administration. An aggressive Capital fund raising campaign; contacting through Alumni Office, large and small donors, with possible naming rights for Performance venues. Yes, we will probably purchase  Steinway performance instruments, but they will be pianos that we have selected, and other instruments  in smaller  halls may represent fine pianos from other makers. Please continue to submit  any suggestions.
