[CAUT] Killer half-octave

So... I went and added one of those Tone Resonators to my parts order 
that went out this morning. I've got a D from the 60's with the same 
need that I planned new hammers for this summer anyway. Sounds like it's 
easy enough to try- and pretty much risk free.
