[CAUT] Young Chang action troubles (?)

I just went through this last week for the first time in a while. Young 
Chang will supply brackets for free,
1-866-798-6979. They will not cover the labor cost, warn your customer 
ahead of time! I think if the piano is less then 10 years old they will 
cough up $150 towards the bill, ask when you talk to them. Its not 
enough. Before you order the brackets measure the feet of the old ones, 
make sure you get replacements the same size. Not a bad job but be 
prepared to spend a whole afternoon, if not a day depnding on how bad 
the regulation is.
