Nope, RTT came after Craftsman. It was Student, Apprentice, 
Craftsman, and Allied Tradesman in 1978. The present testing 
criteria is far more comprehensive and standardized, and far 
less arbitrarily scored than the Craftsman testing was back in 
'78. The classification structure, however, will never be 
permanently decided.
