Yep, something is loose. Try pulling on the bass strings by the bridge and look to see where the glue failed. You will need to loosen all the bass strings (given the age of the piano consider replacing them). Take the strings off the hitch pins (putting each string loop on a wire to keep them in order). Then remove and re-glue the bridge, bridge cap, shelf, or whatever is loose. You might want to screw the parts together as well. Then, re-install the bass strings and raise to pitch. Don't forget to twist the strings to tighten the coils.
