Lots of things on that list, I'm afraid, but I agree 110%.

Because they haven't tried it and honestly listened. It seems 
to me that you can't typically tell people that what they're 
hearing in a piano is desirable unless it is from one of a 
handful of famous manufacturers. Then no matter how it sounds, 
it'll be great.

Yea, I've met the guy hundreds of times. He looks different 
each time, and has a different name or gender, but he's the 
same guy.
