I like the coffee can method. Take your 1/4" regular blade screw driver and drive it through the bottom of the can, leaving a slot the size of the tip. Boil an inch of water in a sauce pan and invert the can in the pan. Using an adjustable stand so you can let go of the key, rest the key on the can with the plume of steam going into the bushing. Pick up that key and set the next in place. Pick out the old bushing. Timing the rate of the bushing releasing is the hard part. The bushing has to be pulled out when everything is still hot so ONLY ONE KEY at a time. This will resize the balance rail holes...... The temperature of the steam can vary. Get the water rolling boil and reduce the heat to control the plue pressure and the steam should be hot.
