[CAUT] Office square footage

Hi Henry,

Thanks for your input.  It sounds like you're more cramped than I am!

My predecessor also did little more than tune and some creative maintenance,
so I think that some of my requests seem odd to the powers that be, but
they've been happy with my action rebuilding and restringing so I think
they're willing to listen.  The tough part is that the pot of money for the
new building seems to get smaller and smaller, or so we're told.
