As I mentioned, I am not sure about GS models.  Current Kawai grands do
have light bearing, but it could have been higher in the GS.

That seems to be pretty light bearing.  Since .018 represents 1 degree
then the bearing in the killer octave section when new is designed to be
considerably less than one degree in that section when new.  Seems
somewhat atypical.
