[CAUT] Fwd: Phoenix System

I got a quick response from Richard Dain of Hurstwood (I believe he is  
the main designer/inventor). Apparently retrofit is part of the plan,  
though it may be tightly controlled and limited to particular licensed  
rebuilders. I copy our exchange below.
