[CAUT] Multi Piano Software

That's what I have been doing, however I'm going to need to juggle over 30
in one building. I could put it by room in the company line. I just
figured I'd ask what others are doing.

I found ACT to me more sales oriented than I needed...but since you are
already set up with it. Try using the "new contact with this company"
feature (it probably is called something else. For instance: Franklin
School is the company. Contacts at the company beyond the principle, music
teacher, office secretary would be Room 101/Ludwig Grand, Music
Room/Baldwin, etc. The pianos are listed where the last name would be
listed. That's what I do in Time & Chaos...

Hi all,

I know this was answered a while ago...but I really don't remember the
answer. I'm looking for a software to track multi pianos & keep the service
with each piano for easy access of history. Would love it to be portable
for going on the road.

I've been using ACT, but it is limiting to how many pianos per entry and
have to scroll thru the multi entries to figure out what each piano has had
for work. However, it sync's up with a palm pilot for easy access when away
from the office.

Now that I'm getting more schools with a lot more pianos, I need to rethink
it all. Love to hear your ideas.
