John, As far as I know, the contact Marcel gave you is correct. Pianoforte Chicago has a couple has a couple of these benches, and they're quite nice. The information Thomas Zoells gave me (the owner of Pianoforte) is that they're about $500 wholesale. He also said that Fazioli has a hydraulic bench and it's a little nicer--but you have to order 30 of them! This is secondhand information, you can talk with Thomas to get the full info.
