I'm assuming you've checked to see the wrap on the singles is cinched tight
and that the tail is oriented such that the winding can't be moving?

Yes David, it is. I will take it out of storage Thursday and take some
pictures, measurements, etc. I believe it is a rendering problem too,
especially after comments here.
