[CAUT] A=440 once again

We've talked about it.  They were going to sue Steinway to get the  
piano replaced for other belly issues, then there was a change in  
administration and such exotic issues got back burnered.  I personally  
did not want to be in the middle of that issue so have only addressed  
it as I am asked to.
