Does this have the two part rail, front part fixed, inner part hinged?
Maybe you could transplant a rail from an old upright?
Or make a solid rail and d/c the half blow.

  Hi all,
  One of my school pianos was vandalized and the whole hammer stop rail assembly from a Kimball Viennese C532 upright was taken out. Any help on this would be appreciated.
