[CAUT] Action Rail Flange Cloth

When I've used the black felt with the adhesive backing, on occasion the
adhesive has gotten a little bunchy when I've poked a hole with an awl.
 Resulted in a slightly uneven row of flanges.  Next time around I'm going
to try either the emery cloth or the braid.
