Hi Keena,

I'd use a tuning pin extractor Schaff #110 and replace the pin(s). Test the torque and decide if one size bigger or two.

Hi All,

I have a new piano to work on in Massachusetts that arrived from Australia recently.  Three of the tuning pin heads have become smooth and my tuning hammer cannot grip them to take them out to replace them.  Any ideas?
