Cut strips about 8mm wide, stuff one in the hole, drive in the pin, trim. After installation, thin CA top and bottom to soak and petrify the card stock. It'll be stout enough to space pins later without crushing. That's about the easiest way with what you already have underfoot. <G> Ron N
