A few years ago I hung a set of Ronsen 
Wurtzen felt hammers on a gray market 
Yamaha C-3 (in a teacher's studio) since 
Yamaha will not supply hammers for these 
pianos. The results were quite good. So 
that's one option. As far as the other 
parts, I agree with the others - use 
Yamaha. There is little or no cost 
saving using other high-quality piano 
parts...
