Remember that blue print isn't necessarily a link. If you hover your mouse pointer over the blue print (below) , you'll see a link address pop up and it is the Pianotech info link. dp David M. That's very weird. Try this: google the phrase "yamaha piano serial number age" and the first link should be it. I copied the URL from my browser and pasted it into my original message.
