[CAUT] scaling a Tyre harpsichord?

It transposes to 415 and tuned to 440.  So, me thinks it is supposed to be 
at this higher tension...

One of which might be whether the instrument is scaled for 415 or 440. I 
would bet on 415 for Tyre. Is it being used at 440? Is the keyboard 
transposing?
