Bert, Yes I just received my December issue last week as well (Nova Scotia). It might well have to do with the Canada factor. I don't think the word "efficiency" appears in the mission statement of either USPS or Canada Post; the mind reels thinking about the results of these two entities interacting with each other. I am looking forward to getting the current Journal sometime between groundhog and Valentine's day....of course it can be viewed online as soon as it is published....:) when do folks on other continents get theirs, I wonder?
