I hope you said that in jest. Seen this done on an old upright owned by a local music store. Only there was one continuous wire for all of the tenor and the treble and short pieces for the bass. They used music wire. The piano was so full of false beats it sounded more like a calliope than a piano. g> Thankfully it was sold and the new owners moved to Alaska.
