In a narrow range you're right, but it's about the only other variable in
that situation that Ron Koval described that I can think of.  Unless the
measured RH doesn't accurately represent the general tendency in those
rooms.

Temperature makes relatively very little difference when it's relatively
stable. RH% is by far your best indicator.
