[CAUT] Sharp Keystick Touch-Up

I use black leather dye in it's own applicator bottle--KIWI Leather Dye for shoes.  Goes on fast and smooth.

I just use a very thick, permanent black marker.  Has a very slight odor but is gone in a day or so.  Easy to apply.  Perhaps not as penetrating as the india ink however.

That being so, I'd suggest India Ink put on with a small brush. No need to mask,
since the wood will absorb enough moisture to prevent drips. Keep the brush
from getting soppy wet with ink, of course.
