I have had the same problem! I'm considering altering the original design and getting some of those brass rails from PianoTek. I'm tired of the constant repairs! Has anyone else resorted to this, or just keep on crafting new ones from wood and expoxying them in. It's messy, and really doesn't look very original when done.
