(If this is a duplicate, please excuse -- and let me know. I
originally posted it yesterday, but my internet service has been dropping
incoming mail and having other problem.)
Thank you to Bill Spurlock and Mark Story for helping me several
weeks ago to locate sources of bronzing powder. In case anyone else might
be interested, my present list is:
1) Crescent Bronze Powder Co. Chicago, Illinois (phone 312.539.2441) and
Los Angeles (213.748.5285). Best selection (86 colors), and they include a
color chart!
2) Woodworker's Supply, Casper, Wyoming (800.645.9292) sells a powder made
by J.E. Moser's. The "Karat Gold" was a good match for an older Steinway
grand that I just had some touch-up to do.
3) Mohawk Finishing Products (7 colors)(518.843.1380)
4) Star Finishing Products (13 colors - made by Crescent)(800.323.5390)
