If you send to listserv@byu.edu the command <help> without the
<>, you get a list of all the recognized requests. To get more
info on one of those requests, send the command help
<topic>,without the <>, where topic is one of the recognized
requests.
The 2nd recognized request on the help list is <set> so send the
command <help set> and get detailed info on the set command.
In that info, the second setting listed is Mail and that is the one
you are asking about. Now send the command (set pianotech>
and get a list of your current settings. If your setting for mail is
<noack> you need to change it to <ack>. The command is <set
pianotech mail ack>.
