muted C7

HI There,

I once was required to tune a C7 which was nearly new and was used by Yamaha as one of the
"touring" grands. The sound seem somewhat dead. I then discovered that the movers had wedged
a moving strap (or pad) between the top of the beam and the soundboard.
 I removed the offending item and the sound immediately improved. (or maybe it was like those
early voicing classes...)
