Steinway&Sons of course sat out the last big colloquium, AS&W Co.'s Piano Technicians Conference (Chicago, 1916-19). Their continuing absence in this discussion is a little annoying. Presumably it's no great technical challenge for a corporation to plug into the internet. They've been relayed occaisional goings on here, so they must know of PTech's value. But the real way to get them on is to be able to tell them that Yamaha already is (which we can do quite yet......)
