It would seem to me that if we are now accepting A440 as a standard, then
when we are 50 cents flat of 440, we are at the line between A and A flat.
  Musicians like to complain about bad intonation with a comment like," Ugh!,
did you hear that!?  He was a quarter tone off!"  To which I respond,"Wow!,
you know that's really hard to do!"
