Concert grand dollies

Some information from Steinway's Scott Jones is that the monster casters need
to be turned so that they run from keyboard to tail or the other way, from tail
to keyboard.  The reason for this is that the leverage of the casters turned in
any other way is enough to warp the keybed and cause irregular aftertouch.
This is true of any other piano with such leverage.
